Product Introduction
AH701 is a series of speed and direction sensors with two built-in Hall effect elements. Each element provides an independent digital signal output for speed and direction signal processing.
The chip internally includes two Hall sensing elements spaced 1.63mm apart, including a Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator with a supply voltage of 3.8~30V, a temperature compensation circuit, a small-signal amplifier, a dynamic offset cancellation system Hall sensor, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output. It is convenient for processing speed and direction signals.
AH701 is available in TO94 and SOP8 packages and complies with RoHS standards.
