Product Introduction

AH501 is a high sensitivity bipolar Hall switch chip designed based on BCDMOS technology. The chip includes temperature compensation, comparator, and output driver. In addition, mechanical stress has minimal impact on the magnetic parameters of the chip.

This series of sensor chips is suitable for industrial environments and automotive applications, with an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V. AH501 is available in three package types: TO92S, SOT23(small), and SOT23-3L, all of which are RoHS compliant and have passed AEC-Q100 certification.
