This sensor can directly measure gas mass flow with low pressure loss. It is suitable for monitoring purified air or nitrogen flow, and can also be used in environmental samplers (such as chromatography analysis instruments, etc.)
FS4003 Gas Mass Flow Sensor, with a pipe inner diameter of 3mm, low cost, measurement range up to 5 SLPM; suitable for particle counters and various analytical instruments.
FS4008 Gas Mass Flow Sensor, with a pipe inner diameter of 8mm, measurement range up to 50 SLPM; can be used in anesthesia equipment, clean gas detection, such as air sampling machines, gas analyzers, etc.
