Product Introduction
Medical Equipment Air Quality Mass Flow SensorPMF5000Description:
The PMF5000 series air quality mass flow sensor is designed for portable medical devices. This sensor is fast and accurate, capable of precisely measuring pulsating gas flow. Its compact size makes it ideal for space-constrained applications. The push-in quick connect interface facilitates rapid assembly. Available products can be customized for airflow direction (forward or reverse) according to customer requirements.
The PMF5000 utilizes a new third-generation thermal flow sensor chip manufactured with unique micromachining technology. The sensor chip uses a pair of thermocouples to detect temperature gradient changes caused by mass flow, offering superior signal-to-noise ratio and repeatability. The 'solid-state' thermal insulation structure on the sensor chip eliminates the surface cavities or fragile membranes used in traditional products, making the sensor chip robust, clog-resistant, and resistant to pressure shocks.
The PMF5000 series includes the PMF5000V with analog output and the PMF5000D with I2C digital output.
The PMF5000 series performs excellently and is widely used in medical devices approved by the FAA, FDA, and CE.
