Product Introduction
Posifa Spectrometry Flow Sensor PMF2103V Description:
The PMF2000 features Posifa's third-generation heat dissipation device, benefiting from innovative flow molding in microfabrication. The sensor chip uses a pair of thermopiles to detect temperature gradients caused by mass flow, providing excellent signal-to-noise ratio and repeatability. The solid-state sensing chip's thermal isolation structure eliminates the need for surface cavities or fragile membranes used in competing technologies, making the sensor resistant to clogging and pressure shock. The PMF2000 series includes analog output PMF2000V and digital I2C output PMF2000D. Supported flow ranges from 200 sccm to 10 SLM. The sensor is temperature compensated over 0 to 50°C. Linear output provides flexibility and ease of use.
