Product Introduction
Product introduction
The adsorption-type metal wear particle sensor is an intelligent sensor for real-time monitoring of ferromagnetic wear particles in oil. The probe of the adsorption-type metal wear particle sensor has continuous adsorption and monitoring capability. When the adsorbed ferromagnetic wear particles reach saturation (100%), it releases the adsorbed particles, thereby achieving a probe self-cleaning function and automatically entering the next monitoring cycle. Users can conveniently immerse the sensor into lubrication and hydraulic systems through a standard threaded interface, and grasp the equipment wear status based on the wear particle saturation (MDS) and self-cleaning interval (TLAG) output by the sensor. Simple installation, plug-and-play, low unit price, and compact size.
Application areas:Hydraulic oil stations, gearboxes, diesel engines, turbines, air compressors and other equipment.
Applicable oil types:
-
Industrial lubricating oil: hydraulic oil, gear oil, turbine oil, transformer oil.
-
Engine oil: diesel engine oil, aviation engine oil.
-
Light fuels: gasoline, kerosene, aviation fuel.

Measurement principle
The principle of the Shengkaian adsorption-type metal wear particle sensor isThe adsorption-type metal wear particle sensor incorporates two sets of reversely wound electromagnetic coils, together with a 24-bit inductance acquisition chip and a magnetic field compensation algorithm. By alternately controlling the electromagnetic fields of the two coil sets, it achieves continuous capture of ferromagnetic wear particles flowing over the probe surface, and upon reaching a set threshold, releases the adsorbed wear particles, enabling an automatic self-cleaning function.
The principle of the Shengkaian adsorption-type metal wear particle sensor isThe output of the adsorption-type metal wear particle sensor is defined as wear particle saturation (MDS), with an output range of 0–100%; this value is closely related to the inductance change at the probe. The sensor also outputs the self-cleaning interval (TLAG). By comparing changes in TLAG across cycles, it enables judgment of aggravated wear.
