Product Introduction
SKA IFM-4 series
Adsorption-type wear particle sensor
SKA IFM-4 seriesThe sensor adopts the latest scientific research technology, uses a brand-new circuit design and model algorithm, and fully considers the viscosity of the oil in the online monitoring process. By monitoring the wear degree of mechanical components in the oil, the sensor continuously records and evaluates the wear state of the equipment, playing an important monitoring role for early equipment fault wear. The probe can distinguish small particles and micron-level magnetic debris, so that early equipment faults can be discovered in time, improving the predictive maintenance data support for the equipment.
Precise Measurement Under Harsh Conditions • A Powerful Tool for Wear Condition Monitoring • Equipment Wear Warning
Main Application Areas
- Industrial Gearboxes — Monitors wear debris in gearbox oil to detect early gear or bearing failure.
- Hydraulic Systems — Tracks particle contamination in hydraulic fluid to prevent component damage.
- Wind Turbines — Provides continuous oil condition monitoring for wind turbine gearboxes.
- Marine Engines — Detects wear particles in lubricating oil to ensure engine reliability.
- Compressors — Monitors oil debris to predict compressor wear and avoid unplanned downtime.
