Product Introduction (Dual Analytical Ferrograph)
SKA JWFG8The dual analytical ferrograph is a professional wear particle analysis instrument based on the principle of high-gradient magnetic field separation. It can orderly deposit ferromagnetic and paramagnetic wear particles in oil onto a transparent substrate according to size to produce ferrograms, and then use a ferrography microscope to conduct professional qualitative analysis of the morphology, size, color, surface characteristics, and composition of wear particles, thereby accurately determining the type and severity of equipment wear.
SKA JWFG8Dual Analytical FerrographTechnical advantages
I. SKA JWFG8Dual Analytical FerrographCore diagnostic capabilities
(1) Precise ferrogram preparation, intelligent diagnosis: With advanced ferrogram preparation technology, it can quickly assess equipment operating conditions and wear severity, and track oil change trends in real time. Combined with ferrography analysis software, it can accurately locate the sources and causes of wear faults, achieving a closed loop from "data acquisition" to "intelligent diagnosis."
(2) Simultaneous dual ferrogram preparation: Supports simultaneous production of dual ferrograms, allowing two ferrograms to be prepared at once, greatly improving ferrogram preparation efficiency and meeting high-throughput analysis needs in laboratories.
II. SKA JWFG8Dual Analytical FerrographFerrogram preparation process and operating experience
(1) Flexible speed regulation, precise and controllable: Supports dual speed regulation via 1–99 level knob and push buttons, making ferrogram preparation speed adjustment more flexible and convenient, and meeting the deposition requirements of wear particles of different sizes.
(2) Built-in deceleration function, improving ferrogram preparation success rate: Built-in intelligent deceleration function can adjust operating speed in real time as needed, effectively improving the success rate of ferrogram preparation, especially suitable for analysis of small wear particles that are easily lost.
(3) Linear stepper motor + high-resolution microstepping drive: The drive section adopts a linear stepper motor combined with high-resolution microstepping drive technology, ensuring precise and reliable operation and guaranteeing the stability and repeatability of the ferrogram preparation process.
III. SKA JWFG8Dual Analytical FerrographGas circuit system and stability
(1) Independent air supply systems, no mutual interference: Equipped with independent air supply systems to ensure that the gas circuits of the two ferrogram preparation processes do not interfere with each other, effectively avoiding air leakage and blockage problems during long-term idleness or in extreme temperature environments, and ensuring long-term operational reliability.
(2) New electronic micro air pump, stable air source: Adopts a new electronic micro air pump combined with a standardized conditioning module to achieve a stable air source system with rapid response and small fluctuations, simplifying the oil sample pretreatment process and improving detection efficiency.
IV. SKA JWFG8Dual Analytical FerrographHardware performance and environmental adaptability
(1) High-performance, low-power core, strong anti-interference: Equipped with a new-generation high-performance, low-power core, significantly improving electromagnetic interference resistance and ensuring stable operation in complex industrial sites.
(2) Non-ferromagnetic material analysis capability: Compatible with analysis devices for non-ferromagnetic materials such as non-magnetic babbitt alloy, expanding the instrument's application scope and meeting more diverse wear particle analysis needs.
