Product Introduction
Visualized real-time monitoring: "A picture is worth a thousand words"
SKA IFD-3HThe dynamic image particle sensor adopts the industry's first Linux-architecture high-definition imaging system, integrating high-speed detection, intelligent analysis, and compact design. It is equipped with a dynamic high-precision lens and a high-definition macro imaging module, and can complete real-time dynamic image capture in as fast as 2 seconds while oil is flowing, accurately detecting multi-dimensional indicators such as particle size distribution, quantity concentration, and moisture contamination.
Through the built-in AI analysis model, the system can intelligently classify particle morphology characteristics according to ISO/NAS1638, ASTM, and other standards, effectively distinguishing particle types such as cutting wear, fatigue wear, dust, and contamination.
