Product Introduction
High-precision digital capacitive sensing chips - MDC04 and MDC02 are highly integrated digital-analog mixed-signal sensing integrated circuits. The chip is directly connected to the differential capacitive plates near the object under test, utilizing the differences in dielectric constants of different materials. By amplifying, digitally converting, and compensating for tiny capacitance changes, it achieves sensing of material composition. The chip integrates a high-precision 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) circuit with a capacitance resolution of 0.1fF and a linearity error of less than 0.3%. Additionally, the chip includes a built-in temperature sensing circuit with an accuracy of 0.5℃, which can be used for temperature compensation and otherTemperature sensing scenarios.
Compared with similar domestic and international products, MDC04 and MDC02 offer advantages such as wide measurement range, wide operating voltage, low power consumption, multiple interfaces, built-in temperature measurement, small size, and low cost. They can be used in application scenarios such as liquid level detection, moisture content measurement of food/soil, frost detection, and proximity/gesture sensing.
