Product Introduction

SKA IFM-2 series
Non-contact wear particle sensor

SKA IFM-2The oil metal wear particle sensor is an intelligent sensor specially designed for online detection of equipment wear. Its unique micro-magnetic induction measurement technology is extremely sensitive to changes in ferromagnetic wear particles in oil, and can continuously, accurately, and in real time monitor the content and temperature of wear particles in oil online. The product adopts the latest scientific research technology, uses a brand-new circuit design and model algorithm, and fully considers the influence of oil viscosity, flow rate resistance to wear particle adsorption, and other factors during online monitoring. It uses a non-contact detection method without magnetic adsorption. As long as wear particles pass through the oil, the sensor can use its sensitive sensing mechanism to detect the particle content, and after conversion by the back-end digital circuit, output it in a timely manner, providing early warning of equipment faults as promptly as possible and ensuring the safe and stable operation of our equipment.

Application fields: steel, petrochemical, shield tunneling, electric power, wind power, large equipment, OEM integration
Applicable oils: gear oil, diesel engine oil, insulating oil, etc.

Main Application Areas

  • Industrial Gearboxes — Monitors wear particles in gearbox oil to detect early signs of gear and bearing degradation.
  • Hydraulic Systems — Tracks contamination levels in hydraulic fluid to prevent component wear and system failures.
  • Wind Turbines — Provides continuous oil condition monitoring for wind turbine gearboxes in remote locations.
  • Marine Engines — Detects metal wear in marine engine lubricants to ensure reliable operation and reduce downtime.
  • Compressors — Monitors wear debris in compressor oil to maintain efficiency and extend equipment life.
