Common refrigerants used in data center precision air conditioning: R134a, R410A, R32, R454B, etc. Refrigerant leakage can displace oxygen and cause suffocation. R32 is also mildly flammable. The refrigerant leak alarm system consists of on-site detectors and an alarm controller, enabling 24-hour online monitoring, audible and visual alarms, linked exhaust ventilation, and integration with the dynamic environment monitoring system.

数据中心精密空调常用冷媒：R134a、R410A、R32、R454B等，冷媒泄漏会挤占氧气造成人员窒息，R32 还具备弱可燃性，冷媒泄漏报警器由现场探测器 + 报警控制器组成，实现 24h 在线监测、声光报警、联动排风、对接动环监控。
一、传感器原理选型（机房优先 NDIR 红外）
- NDIR 非分光红外（首选） 抗干扰强、寿命 8 10 年、漂移小，不受温湿度、灰尘、清洗剂干扰；适配R134a/R410A/R32/R454B，数据中心主流方案。
- 电化学传感器：成本低，寿命 2 3 年，易漂移，需要频繁校准，不建议机房长期使用。
- PID 光离子：适合微量检漏，对部分冷媒选择性差，多用于便携式检漏仪。
量程建议：0 5000ppm，分辨率 1ppm；输出接口：4-20mA、RS485-Modbus RTU，方便接入动环系统。

三、安装布点关键要点
- 安装高度（看冷媒密度）
- R134a、R410A：气体重于空气，探测器距离地面0.3 0.6m安装。
- R32（比空气轻）：探测器装在吊顶下方0.3 0.6m，气体容易聚集顶部。
- 布点位置
- 重点：精密空调压缩机、冷媒阀门、法兰、软管接头、管路焊缝周边。
- 单探测器有效覆盖半径≤7.5m；避开风机直吹、出风口、强电磁设备，预留校准检修空间。
