Product Introduction
I. Wide Range Zirconia Oxygen Sensor (O2 Sensor) O2S-FR-T3 Product Description:
MiniatureZirconia oxygen sensor(oxygen probe) O2S-FR-T3 uses two zirconia discs with a sealed space between them. One disc functions as a reversible oxygen pump, sequentially filling the sample gas and evacuating this small space. The other disc measures the oxygen partial pressure ratio, producing a corresponding sensing voltage. When the zirconia disc operates as an oxygen pump, the required temperature of 700 °C is generated by the heating element. The time taken for the oxygen pump to reach the rated minimum and maximum pressures within the small space corresponds to the ambient oxygen partial pressure value.
II. Wide Range Zirconia Oxygen Sensor (O2 Sensor) O2S-FR-T3 Typical Applications
Typical applications include control of heating boilers; control of industrial production processes; control of aircraft onboard oxygen generation systems in the aviation industry; automotive exhaust diagnostics; plant instrumentation; medical oxygen supply equipment; industrial flue ducts; oxygen content detection; burner oxygen content detection; oxygen concentrators; submarine oxygen compartments; oxygen bars; ship compartments; oxygen measurement in controlled atmosphere storage; protective gas detection in food packaging; residual oxygen detection in fermentation industry; protective gases in production processes (welding, heat treatment); laboratory equipment; oxygen testing in biotechnology and medical systems; any application requiring accurate oxygen concentration measurement.
Users can supply oxygen; for detecting oxygen in ambient air, users can develop their own subsequent control and amplification circuits, or use the original imported matching controller O2I-Flex

V. Wide Range Zirconia Oxygen Sensor (O2 Sensor) O2S-FR-T3 Matching Circuit Board:
UK SST Zirconia Oxygen Sensor Transmitter Board - O2I-Flex-092
The O2I-Flex-092 interface board provides the necessary power to electronic components, controls the SST dynamic oxygen sensor, and allows users to set ranges of 0-25% and 0-100%. The entire measurement range is linear. Factory default is 0-25%. When configured for 0-100% range, customers can customize the analog output range to suit the application. Output can be configured as: 4-20mA and 0-10VDC or RS232 interfaceUK SST Oxygen Transmitter Sensor - OXY-LC-485
The circuit can power and control the SST series dynamic oxygen sensors. The SST seriesoxygen transmitterdoes not directly measure oxygen concentration, but measures the oxygen partial pressure in the gas. To directly output oxygen concentration, oxygen transmitterOXY-LC-485 must be calibrated in air or in a gas with a known specific reference concentration. Applications: combustion control including oil, gas and biomass boilers; composting; laboratory and building air quality monitoring; including personal safety in enclosed spaces, etc.
