Trace moisture sensor
SKA IFW SeriesThe trace moisture sensor utilizes a front-end sensitive moisture sensing element to quickly and accurately detect oil water activity (moisture saturation) and temperature. The data processor's moisture content model database can convert moisture saturation into the commonly used moisture content PPM value for oil testing. The sensor has built-in moisture saturation curves for hundreds of oil types, and users can freely switch according to the communication protocol. The company's independently developed system compensation model enables the sensor to adapt to various harsh and complex environments. Combined with the system data processing system, it outputs real-time data on the temperature, water activity (saturation), and moisture PPM value of the measured oil, making it a powerful tool for detecting dissolved moisture in oil.
