Product Introduction

SKA GYK12 Series[Mining intrinsically safe type]
Metal Wear Particle Sensor

SKA GYK12 SeriesOil metal wear particle sensor, using high-precision wear particle detection components, combined with a back-end microprocessor circuit system, high precision, high stability, small size, can simultaneously detect the quantity and size distribution of ferromagnetic particles and non-ferromagnetic particles in oil, with a minimum detectable size of 30um ferromagnetic particles and 120um non-ferromagnetic particles, up to 15 wear particle size channels, more accurate equipment fault monitoring, 24-hour particle count statistics, preventing any damage information from being missed.

Main Application Areas

  • Industrial Gearboxes — Monitors wear debris in gearbox oil to detect early signs of gear and bearing wear, preventing unexpected failures.
  • Hydraulic Systems — Tracks ferrous and non-ferrous particle contamination in hydraulic fluid to maintain system reliability and extend component life.
  • Wind Turbines — Provides continuous oil condition monitoring for wind turbine gearboxes, enabling predictive maintenance in remote locations.
  • Marine Engines — Detects wear particles in lubricating oil of marine diesel engines to avoid costly breakdowns and ensure safe operation.
  • Compressors — Monitors oil cleanliness in industrial compressors to prevent wear-related damage and optimize maintenance schedules.
