TGS2619 has high sensitivity to methane gas, and due to its low sensitivity to volatile alcohol (a common interfering gas in residential environments), it is an ideal sensor for household gas leak alarms. Due to the small size of the sensing element, the heater current of TGS2619 is only 56mA, and the sensing part is housed in a standard TO-5 metal package.
TGS2619-E00 is equipped with a filter that eliminates the influence of interfering gases such as alcohol, providing high selectivity to methane gas. It is especially suitable for devices that detect in complex atmospheres and demanding home environments, making it the most ideal sensor for household gas leak detectors.
