This product manual provides basic information about the MFC2000 series gas mass flow controllers, which can be used for non-corrosive gas flow control, covering mass flow rates from 50 mLn/min to 200 Ln/min. It can provide 0~5V or 4~20mA analog signal control, or RS485 Modbus digital signal control. This manual includes performance specifications, mechanical dimensions, installation and warranty, customer service, and ordering information.

The MFC2000 mass flow controller has a control range of up to 100:1, operates at 0.1~0.8MPa, -10~50°C, with mechanical interfaces NPT 1/8" to NPT 1/2", and other mechanical interfaces can be customized.
The MFC2000 mass flow controller uses our proprietary MEMS flow sensing chip, integrating time-domain flow sensing technology and intelligent electronics. Compared to traditional calorimetric flow sensing technology on the market, this unique time-domain flow sensing technology eliminates sensitivity to some common gases. For other sensitive gases, gas identification can be achieved with software. The MEMS chip surface is passivated with silicon nitride ceramic material and coated with waterproof and oil-proof nano coating, greatly improving product performance and reliability. Time-domain flow sensing technology also provides better linearity and significantly reduces temperature effects.

Note: mLn/min and Ln/min indicate standard flow rates under standard conditions (0°C, 101.325kPa).
