Product Introduction
Pass-through quantitative wear sensor
The product is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. A sensitive electromagnetic coil is designed inside the device. When magnetic particles pass through the coil, the ferromagnetic particles in the oil will change the sensor's fixed magnetic field. Based on the data changes and the algorithm model of Smart Match, the relationship between magnetic field changes and magnetic particle content can be established as directly readable. The product is extremely sensitive to abnormal wear particles mixed in the oil and can quickly and effectively determine equipment wear of large industrial on-site equipment. It is suitable for industrial oils such as hydraulic oil, gear oil, and grease.
Application areas:Steel, petrochemical, shield tunneling, electric power, wind power, large equipment
Applicable oil types:Hydraulic oil, turbine oil, diesel engine oil, gear oil
Main Application Areas
- Hydraulic systems — Monitors hydraulic oil for abnormal wear particles, preventing costly downtime in industrial machinery.
- Gearboxes — Detects ferrous debris in gear oil to assess gear wear and schedule maintenance proactively.
- Lubrication systems — Ensures grease and lubricant cleanliness by quantifying wear particles in real time.
- Industrial heavy equipment — Provides rapid wear diagnosis for large-scale equipment such as turbines, compressors, and presses.
