Product Introduction
I. Overview of the Shengkaian SKA JWJ4 particle counter sensor
Is your equipment facing these problems?
During operation of hydraulic systems, gearboxes, and compressors, oil contamination is a major cause of equipment failure. Contaminant particles continuously aggravate equipment wear, but it is difficult for you to grasp changes in oil cleanliness in real time. The traditional approach - regular sampling and sending for inspection - requires time to wait for results, during which equipment wear may already have occurred.
II. What can the Shengkaian SKA JWJ4 particle counter sensor do for you?
Real-time monitoring of the size and quantity distribution of particles in oil allows you to grasp the oil cleanliness status at any time.
① Early warning of equipment wear risks
Changes in particles in oil often reflect the internal wear trend of equipment. Through real-time monitoring of particle quantity and size distribution, you can detect abnormalities in advance and arrange maintenance before failures occur.
② Efficiently seize the timing of oil changes and oil replenishment
No longer change oil based on experience or fixed cycles. Based on real-time monitoring data, handle the oil promptly before contamination reaches the critical value, avoiding waste caused by premature oil changes and avoiding equipment damage caused by delayed oil changes.
③ Reduce maintenance costs and reduce unplanned downtime
Reduce the frequency and cost of sampling and sending for inspection through online monitoring. Predict problems in advance, transform sudden failures into planned maintenance, and effectively reduce downtime losses.
④ One device adapts to multiple oil scenarios
Suitable for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil and other oil types, covering hydraulic systems, gearboxes, diesel generator sets, turbine units, air compressor systems and other scenarios.
III. Measurement principle of the Shengkaian SKA JWJ4 particle counter sensor
Oil particle counter sensorSKAJWJ4 uses the light extinction method specified in ISO4402/ISO11171 for oil contamination detection. In this method, a parallel light beam passes vertically through the sample flow cell and irradiates the photoelectric receiver. When there are no particles in the oil flow, the circuit output voltage is E; when particles pass through the flow cell and block the light beam, a negative pulse with an amplitude of E is generated. Through this principle, the sensor can accurately measure the projected area of particles and their corresponding pulse voltage amplitude, thereby accurately evaluating the contamination level of the oil.
